  Paid $100 and got what would have cost $40, and even that badly performed. I was tempted to go back and complain once I'd had a proper look at the car, but I wouldn't want them touching it to finish the job. I'd recommend avoiding this place.

  Awful. This carwash has changed management, and the difference is stark. I used to go here regularly and they were efficient and did a great job. Even had a cut and polish which they did well. I took my car in there today, and what they did was a bad joke.

  Overall a good clean. I was observing the vacuum process and noticed that when they opened my boot to vacuum the boot, it was a merely a quick skim through that lasted approximately 2 seconds and the boot was closed. When I saw what they were doing to the boots of other cars, they spent a decent amount of time vacuuming and wiping down.

  I had a the pleasure of being served by Anthony yesterday. He took the time to listen to what I wanted. Everything I asked for which was my car to be washed, carpets steam cleaned and seats conditioned was done exceptionally well. He also worked around my work commitments and dropped off my car when I could not make it back in time. I will certainly be going back in the future. Certainly not what I expected based on previous experiences. Certainly refreshing.

  I have been going to the collingwood store for years. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner. Really nice to see a warm and welcoming face. To add to my experience it pleasing to see that the quality of the service being provided has not changed. I will certainly continue using the services of this carwash. Well done to the new owner and the team.

  Best Carwash in melbourne. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They help me to select affordable wash option. I went there on last Saturday they did really good job on my car make brand new again.

  I paid for wash, claybar, wax, and interior clean. The interior was poorly cleaned. The car had been washed and buffed, badly, as there were grimy rivulets still on the outside. The clay bar and wax clearly hadn't been done. Additionally, the skirting panel underneath the door on one side of my car is now loose, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't before.
