  Very helpful staff. Despite my poor attempt to explain what I needed for my toilet, the staff came up with the exact item that I was looking for. Also, very convenient as it is close to my apartment in CBD.

  The young man on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about - he asked the right question, after I answered he accepted straight off that even though I'm a woman I knew what I was talking about and he stated exactly that. When I arrived at the store the product was waiting for me behind the counter - great service - thank you.

  Worst Bunning's ever, we have always been regular customers and when the store opened in Collingwood we thought yippy but ever since we have had nothing but trouble from this store and find it's worth the hassel and inconvenience to catch the bus to North Land store. From not stocking items on special and refusing to have them sent to Collingwood to refusing to stock large bags of orchid mix forcing you to buy there expensive small bags. We filled out customer feedback forms without reply when speaking to staff on site where told diffrent stories each time again worth going to Nth Land or Hawrthorne stores

  Terrible experience. Booked a hire van, when I arrived was told the van would be late returning meaning I would be unable to use the van as I would have to return it after Bunnings closed. The only options offered were to hire overnight, returning the van in the morning and pay double the original cost or re-book for the next day. When I asked if they could wave the extra fees I was flatly told there was nothing they could do for me. I understand that the lateness was not Bunnings responsibility but to not offer any options besides those that cost the customer more was pathetic.

  A good sized (not too big and not too small) handy Bunnings. You can get here easily with trams. They have a good range of gardening tools and pants. What I like about Bunnings in general is that when it comes to plants they constantly change the variety of their products based on the season. Also when it comes to pricing, I think Bunnings provide a fair pricing for its products.
