  Additionally, the kids who moved my stuff accidentally took my toogle to get in and out of my flat. Although he realised he took it, it took 2 days and some reminding to get it back. He eventually put in in my mail box in with two CD's for his band. He also left a strap attached to my couch. I asked if he wanted it back, haven't heard anything.

  First time I used these guys in 2015 they were great. This last time I used them I got two muso dudes, who took their sweet time to do everything. They stopped to tell me about their bands. Oh my god I don't care. I even bought them coffee to get them moving quicker, to no avail. I knew the job would only take 2.5 hours but it got stretched out to 5. They took full advantage of charging me by the hour. Damaged my fridge and some other stuff. Never again.

  I have contacted you as requested, but no response. Yes I did use your company on October 17th 2017, and no, there is nothing "else at play" other than terrible service. Yes, I did use another company 9 months ago. I will use that other company again, thats why I gave them 5 stars. No, I haven't confused you for someone else. Thank you Ben Hallpike for assuming your customers are idiots.

  Finn & James communicated well before arriving and turned up right on time. Their experience with lifts and building managers shone through. Certainly lived up to their name.

  Have used Friendly Moving Men twice now and had a positive experience on both ocausions. Yesterday Spencer and Liam were our movers and they were fantastic. Efficient, quick, hardworking, respectful and courteous. They smashed it! So impressed again.

  Daniel was friendly, punctual and communicated clearly throughout the whole move. They made the whole process as smooth and stress free as moving can be, and really went the extra mile. I wouldn't hesitate to have the Friendly Moving Men assist with moving again. Thanks so much, guys.

  Such helpful and friendly guys! I rode with them in the truck out to my new digs and they assisted with finding appropriate spots for my furniture in my new room. I’ll definitely be using them again :)
